On-Street Parking
Looking for on-street parking in downtown Nashville? With approximately 1,000 metered parking spaces available, short-term visitors to downtown may find conveniently located, inexpensive on-street parking. Parking is $2.25 per hour in the Central Business District, and $1.75 per hour on all the others. Time limits (noted on the meter) range from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Parking violations are enforced Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. (free after 6 PM Monday - Saturday, all day Sunday and observed government holidays) where old meters are installed.
Where new multi-space parking meters are installed the enforcement hours are:
Central Business District (CBD): 24 hour enforcement
All other areas (non-CBD): 6 AM to 12 AM

The new multi-space parking meters have a 2-hour parking limit. The vehicle must be moved after the 2-hour maximum is reached. For long term parking, utilize a local parking garage or surface lot.
