Home Run Derby X is baseball, but not as you know it.
Built around power hitting and defensive hustle, Home Run Derby is making it's Nashville debut Saturday, August 31 with marquee names taking the stage including MLB Legends Manny Ramirez, Andruw Jones, Pedro Alvarez and Nick Swisher, and softball stars Jocelyn Alo, Alex Hugo, Amanda Lorenz and Mia Davidson-Smith.
HRDX is an exciting 3-on-3 co-ed competition, with each team consisting of an MLB legend, female player from the softball and baseball world and a local Middle Tennessee hitter that tries out for the competition. Each game will take about 30 minutes, giving two teams the chance to go head to head, earning points on offense for home runs hit during a 2 minute and 30 second at bat, and on defense for catches on the field.
