Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina is proud to present a one-night-only special dining event featuring a unique collaboration between Michelin Starred Chef Michael Mina and Charlie Nelson of Nelson's Green Brier Distillery, home of Belle Meade Bourbon and Nelson’s Green Brier Tennessee Whiskey.
Let us welcome you in our sophisticated cocktail lounge, The Duke at Cumberland Bar, at 7:30PM before you make your way up to the top floor of the JW Marriott where you will experience a private dining room with stunning panoramic views of the Nashville skyline.
Each course is thoughtfully paired with whiskey and bourbon created by Nelson's Green Brier Distillery including remarkable and highly allocated rare and vintage pours. Your whiskey will be personally served by Charlie Nelson accompanied by stories of his great-great-great grandfather and Nelson's Green Brier's original founder, Charles Nelson that date back to the late 1800s.
The tasting menu, created by James Beard "Who's Who of Food & Beverage" inductee chef Michael Mina, has been designed to complement and enhance the flavors and aromas of the personally selected libations provided by Nelson's Green Brier Distillery.
