Nashville Downtown Partnership's Annual Downtown Home Tour Showcases Urban Living

Nashville, Tenn. (April 2, 2026) – The Nashville Downtown Partnership's 21st Annual Downtown Home Tour will take place Sunday, April 19, 2026. A beloved event attracting hundreds of attendees each year, the self-guided tour offers attendees an exclusive glimpse into urban living in the heart of Music City.

This year's tour features nine downtown residential properties, including two showrooms of coming-soon towers. Downtown's residential population has been growing rapidly for over two decades: from 2,354 residents in 2005 to an estimated 23,000 today. The continued delivery of new residential addresses means that the tour has been able to include new properties every year, but it also highlights historic properties like the Bennie Dillon (on this year's tour), which was constructed 100 years ago and today is on the National Register of Historic Places.

"What we're seeing in the burgeoning residential market in downtown Nashville reflects an intention and focus that meets the growing demand for highly amenitized properties in vibrant neighborhoods" said Kel McDowell, VP of Economic Development for the Nashville Downtown Partnership. "That's what makes this such a great event to come back to year after year; you really get to witness first-hand the continued evolution in amenity mix, layout trends, and what Nashville's popular urban lifestyle looks and feels like."

At just $15 per ticket, attendees have the unique opportunity to explore living spaces in nine property addresses where they can take in breathtaking city views, meander through model units (available for rent and to own) and private residences, and get interior design inspiration. Plus, attendees can expect giveaways, refreshments and more at select properties.

The Home Tour is supported by Lead Sponsor Mill Creek Residential (developer of Modera SoBro and Modera McGavock) and Featured Sponsors the Emory at Nashville Yards, Paramount and Society Nashville. The ticket price includes the self-guided tour, complimentary parking provided by PMC Parking Management, and shuttle service.
