NASHVILLE DOWNTOWN PARTNERSHIP LAUNCHES EMERGING LEADERS NETWORK WITH A KICKOFF EVENT AT BRIDGESTONE ARENA
A new program to cultivate downtown advocates of tomorrow
April 1, 2022, Nashville, Tenn. – The Nashville Downtown Partnership’s Emerging Leaders Network officially launches today. This program will identify exceptional early- and mid-career professionals, creating a diverse group of promising future leaders and downtown advocates.
The kick-off event is being hosted and sponsored by the Nashville Predators on April 4 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. at Bridgestone Arena. The inaugural class, nominated by Nashville Downtown Partnership’s Board of Directors, will attend quarterly events with the Partnership’s staff and Board members. Events will feature presentations so participants will learn about the organization’s core purpose and how they work to build a great core that serves all who live, work, play and invest in downtown Nashville.
“Participants can expect the opportunity to network with peer emerging leaders and some of the most effective business leaders of our community,” says Nashville Downtown Partnership President and CEO Tom Turner. “It’s an exciting time to learn more about what makes a center city great and how this group can actively participate in that work.”
Over time, it is the Partnership’s goal that the Emerging Leaders Network will provide education and fellowship to business professionals to build downtown champions and savvy community leaders. More information can be found at nashvilledowntown.com.
