NASHVILLE DOWNTOWN HOME TOUR’S 20th YEAR

Nashville, Tenn. The Nashville Downtown Partnership proudly announces the 20th anniversary of its highly anticipated Downtown Home Tour, set to take place on Sunday, April 27. This milestone event offers an exclusive glimpse into the evolution of urban living in the heart of Music City, showcasing some of the most stylish and luxurious residences in the downtown neighborhood.

Over the past two decades, downtown Nashville has transformed into a vibrant residential hub, blending historic charm with modern luxury. The 20th-anniversary edition of the Downtown Home Tour will highlight this incredible evolution, featuring a diverse selection of private residences, upscale condominiums, and newly developed high-rises that exemplify the city’s dynamic growth.

“We started the Downtown Home Tour at a time when the idea of downtown living really had to be shouted from the rooftops – it was a significant promotional tool for urban living in Nashville,” said Tamara Dickson, Vice President of Economic Development at the Nashville Downtown Partnership. “As we celebrate 20 years of presenting curated selections of downtown homes, it’s amazing to think of how far we’ve come as a downtown neighborhood of 20,000 residents – where demand continues to drive increasingly sophisticated and diverse supply, and where we’re competing with the nation’s most cosmopolitan markets.”

At just $15 per ticket, attendees have the unique opportunity to explore 25 living spaces in 7 property addresses, experiencing breathtaking city views and connecting with current downtown residents who embody the energy and vibrancy of Nashville’s urban lifestyle. With luxury real estate on the rise, this year’s tour will also highlight the latest trends in high-end urban design and amenities.

This year’s tour includes downtown’s newest residential offerings as well as homes in historic buildings. “Whether or not you are considering a move downtown, spending an afternoon exploring fabulously designed spaces and amenities is a guaranteed fun afternoon for all ages and interests,” said Dickson.

The Home Tour is supported by Lead Sponsor Olive at Peabody Union and Supporting Sponsors The Emory, Prime and Starling. Complimentary parking is provided by PMC Parking Management.
