FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: NASHVILLE DOWNTOWN HOME TOUR RETURNS; POINTS TO A REIMAGINED RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD IN THE URBAN CORE

Nashville, Tenn. The Nashville Downtown Partnership’s Annual Downtown Home Tour returns for the 18th year on Sunday, April 30, to showcase incredible downtown living spaces and amenities.

At $15 per ticket, this self-guided tour provides an exclusive look into the city’s rapidly evolving urban neighborhoods, where many of the city’s most breathtaking views and desirable amenities can be found. Guests can meander through private residences, as well as for sale and for rent apartments and condos at six residential properties, three of which are brand new.

The trajectory of downtown residential development is considered by many to be at a turning point: the number of residential projects currently planned or under construction will more than double the downtown residential population to 34,000 by the end of the decade, and the quality of what’s being delivered is world-class. The tour properties, including three new developments, point to a reimagined residential neighborhood in downtown Nashville, and it’s right on the horizon. One of the tour stops, Alcove, is Nashville's newest and most visually stimulating apartment tower on the skyline. Alcove's developer, Tony Giarratana, says "Alcove is our next generation of apartment living and will deliver an unprecedented caliber of walkability, residential technology and a true live, work, play lifestyle for renters in downtown Nashville."

“The Downtown Home Tour is a fun way to experience what more than 16,000 residents love about living in Nashville’s center city,” said Tamara Dickson, VP of Economic Development of the Nashville Downtown Partnership. “Whether you are considering a move downtown, are interested in seeing fabulous designs and spaces, or are just looking for a fun way to see what’s new downtown, it’s truly a unique event for all ages and interests.”

The Home Tour is supported by Lead Sponsor Alcove, Associate Sponsors Albion in the Gulch and Rutledge Flats, Magazine Sponsor Nashville Lifestyles, and Parking Sponsor SP Plus Parking.
