Beginning on Wednesdays in 2025, we will have books club at 6pm. I chose an easy to read book that has short chapters with 33 installments. Email me with subject "Book Club" and I will sign you up and give you all the details. Info@Frostfirelynchburg.com. We will review the week's chapter with a 30-minute discussion in the lounge then we will offer an optional Sauna & Cold Plunge 1 hour session for $30. (The book discussion is free). Emma Mumford is my go-to person to learn more about manifesting and I am excited to read this book with you all! Example agenda: January 29th we will be reviewing week 5/Chapter 5
