This February, join Executive Pastry Chef Noelle Marchetti and team inside Yolan’s kitchen for a memorable hands-on lesson.

During this exclusive experience, guests will “meet” Chef Marchetti’s sourdough starter named Margo; learn how to make focaccia; and customize a take-home loaf choosing from an array of special toppings.

While the focaccia bakes, guests will enjoy a three-course lunch of salad, pasta, and dessert with wine pairings.

Pastry Class and Lunch, $175 per person
