“Expressive" writing is a research-based therapeutic practice for wellness, recovery, and healing. Engage in the simple act of putting words on a page—not for a grade or readership—but for oneself. We’ll use creativity and self-expression as tools for greater self-knowledge, compassion, and agency. While we’ll write and share (optionally) in a group, you’ll take away strategies that require little more than pen, paper, and a small bubble of time and space. Come write with us!
