Former long-time members of Waylon Jennings’ band formed Waymore’s Outlaws as a tribute to the late Country Music Hall of Famer and enlisted singer/songwriter Tommy Townsend to handle lead singer duties. The Jennings/Townsend connection goes much deeper than that. Waylon and his longtime bass player/tour manager, Jerry “Jigger” Bridges, produced an album on Tommy in the 90s that was never released. BFD/Audium Nashville flipped over the music, signed Tommy, and his Southern Man album was finally released to the world on April 29. This wonderful night of music will be an entertaining tribute to Waylon as an artist, songwriter, musician and producer.
