Details
Join us at Bode Hotel Nashville for our signature Vino Vinyasa class! We will either hold the event in the courtyard or inside at Sidebar, depending on weather.
Vino Vinyasa classes bring together vinyasa-based yoga and fun wine facts through creative yoga poses. The hour long educational yoga class will end with a comparative wine tasting of two wines.
Students receive a 15% discount for anything purchased at the coffee shop and will receive a free mini wine flight from Sidebar that they can redeem later on. (Sidebar opens at 5pm.)
This is a BYOM (bring your own mat) event. If you need a mat, please email morgan@vinovinyasayoga.com.
