Join us at Harriett's Rooftop at the 1 Hotel Nashville for the very first Vino Vinyasa class in Nashville! Class will be held inside, rain or shine.
Vino Vinyasa classes bring together vinyasa-based yoga and fun wine facts through creative yoga poses. The hour long educational yoga class will end with a comparative wine tasting of two sparkling wines.
Join us after for the day party at Harriet's Rooftop where DJ's will be spinning into the night. Ticket holders receive their first cocktail on us.
This is a BYOM (bring your own mat) event. If you need a mat, please email morgan@vinovinyasayoga.com.
