Carne Mare will celebrate the best of white truffle season with Trufflepalooza specials in the dining room from December 1 through December 4. For four nights only, The Italian Chophouse will offer its regular a la carte menu with the addition of delicate tableside shavings and seasonal additions from Chef Andrew Carmellini and Chef Levi Raines such as an Insalata di Uova, Risotto Bianco and a Warm White Chocolate Polenta Pudding with grappa-caramelized pears, vanilla crema and freshly shaved white truffle. Suggested wine pairings from Chef Carmellini’s longtime Beverage Director and Master Sommelier Josh Nadel will complement the special multi-course experience.
