Bring your friends and pull up for a sunset rooftop session over the Nashville skyline at Fogg Street Lawn Club in The Gulch.

They're combining exercise balls, drumsticks, and buckets for a full-body workout like no other — think cardio, HIIT, and dance all in one. You’ll move through 8 energizing routines with short breaks in between, drumming to feel-good tracks from Bruno Mars, Queen, Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, and more.
