In celebration of Women's History Month, join us in Church Street Park for a Pilates/Yoga/Cardio class taught by YMCA instructors! This hour long session will be broken down into three 20 minute sections: 

- 20 minutes of pilates

- 20 minutes of strength/low impact cardio 

- 20 minutes of yoga

This class is FREE and open to the public.
