Step into Yolan's private room for an immersive afternoon of bourbon tasting and cocktail crafting, featuring Happenstance, 100% women-owned whiskey.
You will explore the nuances of this locally loved spirit while creating three enticing cocktails: the timeless Old Fashioned, the bright and complex Paper Plane, and a rich Espresso Martini. You will stir, shake, and sip your own handcrafted cocktails with expert guidance, all while enjoying curated charcuterie boards in an intimate setting.
Each guest will leave with custom recipe cards and bourbon tasting notes — perfect for keeping the spirits high long after the last pour. This is the first in their series of Spirited Sessions — explorations of the craft and culture of spirits.
