Join Frist Art Museum for a special sound bath meditation presented by musician and sound practitioner Kayce Laine. Sound baths are full-body meditative experiences involving crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, ocean drums, and lots of good vibes. This immersive sound bath will also include synth bass and live vocals in their beautiful auditorium.
Price: $25 for members | $45 for non-members
