Details
Jimmy Fortune joined the Statler Brothers in 1982 and played with the group for more than 20 years. They were inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2008. Fortune wrote their songs “Elizabeth,” “Forever,” “More Than a Name on a Wall,” “My Only Love” and “Too Much on My Heart.” He released his most recent solo album, God & Country, in 2019.
