For one night only, Carne Mare is partnering with esteemed winemaker Giuseppe Russo of Sicily's Girolamo Russo to offer guests an indulgent night out in the Gulch. On Friday, May 16 from 5 to 10 p.m., the Italian chophouse will offer special Sicilian dishes alongside beautiful wines grown around Mount Etna. In addition to Giuseppe’s estate wines, the evening will feature several site specific 'Contrade' wines, which are produced in excruciatingly small quantities and rarely available by the glass. Make your reservation to enjoy singular wines alongside traditional Italian dishes presented by Chef de Cuisine Emma Glasrud.
