Seed India exists to end the cycle of poverty that has been around for generations in the slums of Kolkata, India. We attempt to meet every need of every person in our projects-- physical, emotional, educational and spiritual. We pull kids from dangerous situations and place them in one of our residential Dream Homes which allows them to go to school and have every one of their basic needs met.
In the last 10 years, we have seen literacy rates increase, addiction decrease and generational poverty finally start to shift. Every dollar from the night goes to these programs for the kids in our slum projects and Dream Homes!
