Details
Sara Hells is a 23-year-old Atlanta native and Tulane University graduate based in Nashville, Tennessee. She is a self-taught guitarist whose original songs are powerful vehicles of storytelling: raw, reflective, and unrestricted. The historic music culture of New Orleans, modern rock and alternative sounds, indie influences, and catchy pop melodies can all be heard in her set. Her musical influences include a wide range of genres- Jeff Buckley, Nothing But Thieves, Manchester Orchestra, Hozier, Matt Maeson, and Briston Maroney are all on rotation in her music library. She has entered the singer-songwriter scene with two sold out shows at Eddie’s Attic, a slot at 30A Songwriters Festival in 2023 & 2024, and a performance alongside country icons Brad Paisley and Dierks Bentley at the Von Braun Center in Huntsville, Alabama for “Still Playin’ Possum: Music & Memories of George Jones”.
