Higher Vibrations is a new Nashville Symphony series that blends wellness practices with inspired live performance. Guided by musician and sound practitioner Kayce Laine, each event offers crystal singing bowls, meditative sound-healing instruments, and the grounding tones of a live string ensemble to promote rest, renewal, and connection.
Guests can expect gentle movement, rhythmic breathing, and sound-supported stillness, plus a pre-event wellness fair. Comfortable clothing and a yoga mat are recommended.
