Singer-songwriter Claire Lynch fronted the Front Porch String Band for many years and now leads her own Claire Lynch Band. She has been named the International Bluegrass Music Association’s Female Vocalist of the Year three times, and her solo records Moonlighter (1995), Silver and Gold (1997), and North by South (2016) were all nominated for the Best Bluegrass Album Grammy. Presented as part of the annual Museum celebration Bluegrass and Beyond, supported by Rick and Kit Crump in honor of George A. and Marjorie S. Crump. Ford Theater. Included with Museum admission. Program ticket required. Free to Museum members.
