Join the team inside Yolan’s kitchen for an incredible hands-on lesson in making pasta from scratch. During this exclusive experience, learn how to craft fresh busiate, a long, hollow Sicilian pasta formed by twisting dough around a thin rod or “busa.” Then, enjoy a special three-course lunch of salad, busiate with ramp pesto, seasonal dolce, and wine pairings.
