Join us inside Yolan’s kitchen for a hands-on exploration of Pasta alla Norma, one of Sicily’s most celebrated dishes. Inspired by the fertile volcanic landscape surrounding Mount Etna, this iconic preparation reflects the rich agricultural traditions and culinary heritage of Catania. Guided by Chef de Cuisine Liam Byres, guests will prepare fresh pasta dough and learn the techniques behind this timeless Sicilian classic, featuring tomato, fried eggplant, basil, and ricotta salata. Each participant will make their own fresh pasta to take home. Following the class, guests will enjoy a three-course lunch featuring seasonal salad, house-prepared Pasta alla Norma, dessert, and curated wine pairings.
