The Latest 4th Avenue downtown hotspot Ophelia's is hosting a Late Night Halloween party on October 28th, beginning at 10:30pm. The 5th Street Group concept located at the bottom of Nashville's historic L&C Tower welcomes guests in their costumes to participate in a "Best Dressed" Costume Contest, winner taking home a $300 gift card. A night of drink specials and dancing with sounds provided by DJ Dylan Blair, late night pizza until 2am and VIP tables available.
