Our opening night special features arguably the world's greatest banjo player, Béla Fleck, a long-time friend of and a favorite collaborator with the Nashville Symphony. Béla joins us for our season-long 100th anniversary celebration of George Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue, recreating the fiendishly difficult piano concerto on banjo.
