Join exhibition organizers Dr. Shelia Bergman, executive director of the Catalina Museum for Art & History; Curlee Raven Holton, former director of the David C. Driskell Center at the University of Maryland; Heather Sincavage, associate professor of art and director of the Sordoni Art Gallery at Wilkes University; and Michael Ewing, associate curator at the Frist Art Museum, for this conversation about the exhibition David C. Driskell & Friends: Creativity, Collaboration, and Friendship.

Originally conceived by Dr. Bergman, Holton, and Sincavage, the exhibition’s presentation in Nashville was overseen by Frist Art Museum associate curator, Michael Ewing. The collaborative effort behind this showcase mirrors the ethos it seeks to celebrate, emphasizing the interconnectedness that defined Driskell’s artistic journey.
