One Step at a Time is a Nashville-produced original musical that tells an inspiring story about belonging, resilience and finding one’s voice. Set in a school searching for renewed energy and purpose, the production follows adults rediscovering their passion for leading and teaching, and kids uncovering their own strengths and confidence. Featuring 20 original songs, a live orchestra and Nashville-based talent, the musical delivers professional-level entertainment with heart. Filled with powerful music, emotional performances and moments of humor and joy, One Step at a Time celebrates vision, leadership, courage, perseverance and the power of inclusion, showing how adults and kids inspire each other and how meaningful change begins one step at a time.
