Join the Frist Art Museum and Bloomsbury Farm for a closer look into local organic farming.
They will start at 10:00 a.m. in the Frist’s Ingram Gallery for a guided tour of the exhibition Farm to Table: Art, Food, and Identity in the Age of Impressionism. From the Frist, we will drive over to Bloomsbury Farm in Smyrna, Tennessee. (All participants will need to drive themselves to the farm, around 40 minutes from the Frist; the Frist will not be providing transport.)
At noon, they will picnic as a group on the grounds at Bloomsbury Farm—enjoy the fresh air and chat with other participants over good food! Included with your ticket is a picnic-style individually packed lunch crafted by the Grilled Cheeserie with local and organic produce. At 1:00 p.m., they will tour the grounds at Bloomsbury.
This event will begin at the Frist Art Museum, and then we will drive over to Bloomsbury Farm in Smyrna, Tennessee.
