Etch has teamed up with Nelson's Green Brier for a special bourbon dinner! The two have created a six-course menu that compliments a selection of spirits from the Green Brier portfolio. The evening will include a welcome reception, complete with passed hors d'oeuvres and a Smoked Old Fashioned welcome cocktail, a flight that will complement the four main courses, and a dessert that will be accompanied by an Espresso Martini made with Louisa's Coffee Pecan Liqueur from the Green Brier lineup. Tickets are $195 and include the multi-course dinner, drink pairings, tax and gratuity.
