Boundary-pushing Bluegrass group Nefesh Mountain dreamed up their elegantly wayward sound by melding elements of everything from Americana and Appalachian Bluegrass to Celtic Folk and Eastern European music. The critically acclaimed quintet, called “A Masterclass in String Music” by Rolling Stone and “arguably some of the best bluegrass ever made” by American Songwriter are back on the road in 2021, and are proud to present this very special Hanukkah Holiday Concert for the season. These performances will include music from their newest album Songs For The Sparrows, holiday music adapted from the great Woody Guthrie’s Hanukkah works, and a number of choice covers from the bluegrass, folk, and Jewish worlds as well.
