A Young Professional Leadership Conference created by Nashville's oldest young professional organization, the Nashville Junior Chamber.

Attendees will take part in a two-day conference including high-level leadership programming, a next-level after-hours event, and service to make a direct impact on our beloved city.

This leadership conference is where Nashville's brightest young professionals and their employers will benefit tremendously in just a couple of days due to high-level programming, enhanced networking, engagement with Nashville's well-known leaders, seriously fun events (in typical NJC fashion), and hands-on collaboration to do good in the community.
