In 2023, Garden & Gun magazine named Kentucky native Luke McQueary one of "The New Guitar Greats" alongside Billy Strings, Molly Tuttle and Sadler Vaden (Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit). The following year, he was featured in Premier Guitar magazine’s "Rig Rundown" series. McQueary performs regularly at Robert’s Western World on Lower Broadway with Kelley’s Heroes.
