Moms, mom-figures and their loved ones can spend their special day by moving and meditating, beginning with a gentle, all-levels yoga flow to release tension and awaken the body, then melt into a soothing sound bath that calms the nervous system and invites deep relaxation. Afterward, enjoy smoothies and nourishing brunch bites from Bluestone Lane. Then each guest can take home a mini wellness goodie bag and beautiful, custom bundle of dried florals, sage, palo santo, and heart pink quartz crystal. A portion of all proceeds is donated to Deep Roots Nashville.
