Montecristo Steak by RMLC creates the ultimate cigar, meat and wine dream featuring Chef Matt Bolus , Chef Kahlil Arnold , Flint Knoll Winery and Macanudo cigars.
We gather at Casa de Montecristo Nashville to create our signature "Montecristo Steak" night, a 4-course dinner experience featuring a Flint Knoll wine and Macanudo cigar pairing experience.
The night will feature a 4-Course Pairing Dinner by Chef Matt Bolus of 404 Kitchen and Chef Kahlil Arnold with serious meats meant to be spoken about for years to come.
Dinner will be paired with the award-winning wines of Flint Knoll Winery presented by proprietor Aaron Michael. The evening will conclude with dessert pairing that features the Macanudo Estate Reserve cigar, made with tobaccos aged in Flint Knoll Cabernet barrels.
