There's freedom in consistency. Until recently, Juan Wauters may not have agreed. As a touring musician and multinational citizen, transience came naturally. Circumstance, however, prompted him to reconsider: “During COVID I discovered I like stability,” he muses on the title track of his new album, “but the world still sees me as a wandering rebel.” Wauters’ sixth solo album, Wandering Rebel, is his most introspective work yet, reflecting on change, perception, and life's desires.
