Ellington's is thrilled to welcome back Aurelio Cabestrero, owner of Grapes of Spain, to host another fantastic wine dinner at Ellington's. The evening will begin with a passed greeting libation upon arrival. Aurelio will guide the dinner through five thoughtfully-paired courses with his curated selections. This special event is part of a company-wide dinner series to highlight and show appreciation for the company's chefs. Our Executive Chef, Angeline Chiang, is the reason Ellington's is able to offer these innovative dinners, and we can't wait for you to try her creations!
