January calls for wines with warmth, depth, and soul. This class explores Italy through a winter lens-juxtaposing rich, comforting styles with bright, high-acid wines that cut through the cold. From structured northern reds to expressive whites and rustic southern bottlings, we’ll taste how climate, tradition, and terroir shape wines meant for cold nights, hearty food, and slow enjoyment. Expect bold flavors, thoughtful contrasts, and plenty of storytelling along the way.

Guided by the passionate wine team of Yolan, this tasting is part of Yolan’s monthly wine and spirits series exploring the incredible regions of Italy and beyond.
