Join award-winning Chef Tony Mantuano and team inside Yolan’s kitchen for an incredible hands-on lesson in pasta-making.

During this exclusive experience, guests will learn how to make caramelle from scratch, then enjoy a special two-course lunch featuring the pasta with lamb ragu, an antipasto, and wine pairings by Cathy Mantuano, as well as a sweet treat to take home.

Pasta-Making Class and Lunch, $175 per person.
