Chef Tony Mantuano and Cathy Mantuano invite you to experience an eight-course seafood extravaganza, paying homage to the bountiful coastline of Southern Italy and the New World tradition in celebration of Christmas Eve. From a traditional Sicilian Spaghetti alle Vongole with clams and shaved bottarga to the Risotto Nero with Calabrian ‘nduja stuffed squid, each dish features an exciting offering from the sea, before finishing with traditional holiday sweets.
