Delight in the New World tradition of “La Vigilia” and experience an eight-course seafood extravaganza, paying homage to the bountiful coastline of Southern Italy in celebration of Christmas Eve. Featuring modern presentations, each dish, such as Spaghetti alla Chitarra with sea urchin and caviar, and Scallop Crudo with persimmon, apple, and basil, features an exciting offering from the sea, before finishing with extraordinary holiday dolci.
