Join a Museum educator to write a song as a group in this introductory workshop. Music professional Adam Ollendorff—who toured as a member of Kacey Musgraves’s band and has written songs recorded by Will Hoge and Keb’ Mo’—will teach the fundamentals of songwriting, including form, theme, and rhyme scheme. Participants will then share ideas and write an original song. Recommended for ages 7 and up, but all are welcome. Taylor Swift Education Center. Limited seating. Included with Museum admission. Free to Museum members.
