Participants will reflect on 2022 and celebrate 2023 through songwriting during this program. Attendees will share ideas and write an original song inspired by Taylor Swift’s song "New Year’s Day." Music professional Kayley Walker —who has performed on numerous stages, including the House of Blues in Dallas, Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge in Nashville, and NBC’s "Today" show in New York City — will lead this introductory workshop, teaching the power of channeling memories and emotions into heartfelt lyrics. (Recommended for ages 7 and up. All are welcome.)
