Details
Create your own harmonica from household materials, inspired by country music’s first Black star, DeFord Bailey. A popular figure on the Grand Ole Opry during the show’s early days, Bailey played innovative harmonica music that often was influenced by sounds around him, such as chugging trains and barking dogs. What sounds will you make on your new harmonica? All ages. Taylor Swift Education Center. Included with Museum admission. Free to Museum members.
