Engage your senses in a tableside, interactive experience at PROOF Rooftop Bar accompanied by a live DJ performance.
PROOF and Barista Parlor have teamed up to create two specialty coffee inspired cocktails with a dessert pairing to celebrate Dine Nashville.
One ticket includes a table for 2, a cocktail for each guest selected from our collaboration menu, and a dessert pairing for the table. A PROOF bartender will mix and pour your drink tableside as a Barista Parlor representative explains the blend of espresso flavors woven into the drink pairings. Your tasting experience will be amplified by curated music from Nashville Scene' Best DJ in Nashville, DJ Afrosheen.
