During this exclusive experience, you will “meet” Chef Marchetti’s sourdough starter named Margo; learn how to make focaccia; and customize your own take-home loaf choosing from an array of special toppings.

While your focaccia bakes, enjoy a three-course lunch of salad, pasta, and dessert with wine pairings.
