Chef Tony Mantuano and Cathy Mantuano welcome Chef Joe Flamm for a collaboration dinner inspired by the iconic ingredients and cuisine of Emilia-Romagna – home of Parmigiano-Reggiano and Prosciutto di Parma.

Winner of Bravo’s Top Chef Season 15 and chef/owner of recently opened Rose Mary in Chicago, Joe cooked and learned alongside Chef Tony at Chicago’s Michelin-starred Spiaggia, and this charismatic duo has remained forever family!
