Celebrate Climate Week at 1 Kitchen with Urban Green Lab for an exciting zero-waste cooking competition! Three local top chefs from 1 Kitchen, Edible Nashville and the Nashville Food Project will battle it out using leftover ingredients to create culinary masterpieces. Guests will be able to enjoy complimentary tastings and light bites while learning about sustainability initiatives with representatives from Mayor O’Connell’s office.
